Our Affiliate Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing your participation in our affiliate program. As an affiliate, you have the opportunity to promote our online legal services and earn commissions based on successful referrals. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities as an affiliate of Law Crafters Marketplace.

Eligibility
To join Law Crafters Marketplace, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must have a valid e-mail address
• You must accurately complete the Affiliate Program Application Form.
• You must agree to comply with our Affiliate Policy.

Affiliate program levels

Law Crafters Marketplace offers a multi-tiered affiliate program, with five distinct levels: Advocate, Influencer, Partner, Expert and Elite. Each level has specific requirements, benefits and discounts associated with it. Your eligibility for a particular tier is determined by the number of successful referrals you achieve.

• Defender: No minimum reference requirements.
• Man of influence: Requires 5 successful referrals.
• Couple: Requires 15 successful referrals.
• Expert: Requires 30 successful referrals.
• Voyager Elite: Requires 50 successful referrals.

Apply for the affiliate program

To join the Law Crafters Marketplace Affiliate Program, you must complete the Affiliate Program Application Form located on our website. Upon submission, our team will review your application and determine your affiliate level based on the information you provide.

Commissions and Payments

As a Law Crafters Marketplace affiliate, you have the opportunity to earn commissions for successful referrals. Commission rates vary depending on your affiliate level:

• Defender: 10% commission on all referrals.
• Man of influence: 12% commission on all referrals
• Couple: 15% commission on all referrals.
• Expert: 18% commission on all referrals.
• Elite: 20% commission on all referrals.

Commissions are calculated based on the total amount of the purchase made by the referred customer. Law Crafters Marketplace will provide a unique affiliate link that must be used to track referrals.

Affiliate Discounts

In addition to earning commissions, affiliates are eligible to receive discounts on Law Crafters Marketplace services based on their affiliate level:

• Defender: 5% discount on our services for personal use.
• Man of influence: 7% discount on our services for personal use.
• Couple: 10% discount on our services for personal use.
• Expert: 12% discount on our services for personal use.
• Voyager Elite: 15% discount on our services for personal use.

These discounts are provided as a token of appreciation for your partnership with Law Crafters Marketplace

Responsibilities of affiliates

As an affiliate, you are responsible for:

•  Accurate promotion: Promote Law Crafters Marketplace accurately and ethically. Misleading or false representations of our services are strictly prohibited.
• In accordance with the laws: Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to advertising and marketing.
• Use of the affiliate link: Use the affiliate link provided to accurately track referrals. Referrals made through your unique affiliate link are the basis for calculating commissions.
• Follow-up of references: Ensure that the customers you refer do not already have a Law Crafters Marketplace account or have not been referred by another affiliate.
• Marketing elements: Make use of marketing materials and resources provided by Law Crafters Marketplace to promote our services.
• Ethical conduct: Engage in ethical conduct and respect the privacy and rights of customers.

Payments

Payments will be made through PayPal provided by the affiliate. To be eligible for a commission payment, the affiliate must have earned a minimum in commissions.

Termination

Law Crafters Marketplace reserves the right to terminate an Affiliate's participation in the program at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violations of our Affiliate Policy or unethical conduct. Termination may result in forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

Changes in the program and affiliate policy

Law Crafters Marketplace reserves the right to make changes, updates or modifications to the Affiliate Program and this Affiliate Policy at our discretion. Affiliates will be notified of any material changes by email or by posting a notice on our website.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

This Affiliation Policy is governed by the laws of Guatemala, and any dispute arising out of or related to this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Guatemala.
