Eligibility
To join Law Crafters Marketplace, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:
Affiliate program levels
Law Crafters Marketplace offers a multi-tiered affiliate program, with five distinct levels: Advocate, Influencer, Partner, Expert and Elite. Each level has specific requirements, benefits and discounts associated with it. Your eligibility for a particular tier is determined by the number of successful referrals you achieve.

Apply for the affiliate program
To join the Law Crafters Marketplace Affiliate Program, you must complete the Affiliate Program Application Form located on our website. Upon submission, our team will review your application and determine your affiliate level based on the information you provide.
Commissions and Payments
As a Law Crafters Marketplace affiliate, you have the opportunity to earn commissions for successful referrals. Commission rates vary depending on your affiliate level:
Commissions are calculated based on the total amount of the purchase made by the referred customer. Law Crafters Marketplace will provide a unique affiliate link that must be used to track referrals.
Affiliate Discounts
In addition to earning commissions, affiliates are eligible to receive discounts on Law Crafters Marketplace services based on their affiliate level:

Responsibilities of affiliates
As an affiliate, you are responsible for:
Payments
Payments will be made through PayPal provided by the affiliate. To be eligible for a commission payment, the affiliate must have earned a minimum in commissions.
Termination
Law Crafters Marketplace reserves the right to terminate an Affiliate's participation in the program at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violations of our Affiliate Policy or unethical conduct. Termination may result in forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
Changes in the program and affiliate policy
Law Crafters Marketplace reserves the right to make changes, updates or modifications to the Affiliate Program and this Affiliate Policy at our discretion. Affiliates will be notified of any material changes by email or by posting a notice on our website.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
This Affiliation Policy is governed by the laws of Guatemala, and any dispute arising out of or related to this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Guatemala.
